Hotel Oosterschelde has its own restaurant called Restaurant 't Veerhuis. The chef will present his culinary expertise to you at a (family) dinner, or at lunch. The meals are French with many local Zeeuwse influences. Of course the speciality is fresh fish, mussels and oysters, but the meat lovers are not forgotten! The restaurant is opened every day.

Hotel Oosterschelde is situated in Anna Jacobapolder on the Sint Philipsland peninsula in the middle of 'Natuurpark Oosterschelde'. In the surrounding area you will find lots of lovely villages that are nice to visit. The surrounding area is also ideal for walking and cycling tours. The Grevelingen beach with all kind of water sports facilities is a short drive away (8 km). The hotel owns its own ferry, that sails in the summer months on a daily basis to 'Schouwen Duiveland'. For groups (more than 10 persons) it is possible to hire the boot to make trips to Zierikzee or to go fishing for a day.
