Restaurant Chatillon:
Eating at the Chatillon is an experience. The à la carte restaurant does not actually serve meals, but a pure traditional cuisine. Chatillon specialises in serving French cuisine, but also draws inspiration from all parts of the world. The restaurant, which has a seating capacity of 50, owes its name to the mediaeval bon vivant Guy de Chatillon, Earl of Blois and Artisan of Noordwijk.
Brasserie & Lounge Circles:
Brasserie & Lounge Circles keeps time with the rhythm of the day. In the morning, the tranquillity of the silently appreciating breakfast crowd and in the afternoon the vivacity of the lunch or delectable High Tea crowd. Should the weather gods be in a benevolent mood, the terrace doors will be thrown open to allow the leisurely pleasure to take place outside. The open nature of Circles is also reflected in the menu. The culinary style is pure and honest, and the chef is truly inspired by the cuisines of regions near and far.
