The apartment is situated in a new building (built in 2001) which was designed by Nalbach & Nalbach Architects, a well-known architect couple from Berlin. The building's attractive façade boasts large windows, an impressive entrance and a stylish staircase. For your convenience, you will also find a shared washing machine and tumble dryer on the premises. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartments. However, you can smoke on the spacious balcony. The stylish Apartments Checkpoint Charlie are 65 m² in size and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. They offer all modern amenities such as wireless internet access and a CD players. The modern kitchen has been fully equipped for self-caterer.
