Hotel offers breakfast every morning from 7am to 10am at main restaurant (small cold buffet + hot dishes to choose from, from a varied list). We also serve American Breakfast. Bars and restaurants In the 30s the hotel was a famous meeting-place for artists, politicians and socialites. The restaurant, the bars and the mezzanine drawing room of the Saratoga maintain this tradition, with their sophisticated yet informal colonial decorative style. Anacaona Restaurant Named after the renowned Cuban all-girl orchestra which used to play at the hotel on the 30s, the restaurant is decorated in Andalusia style with Moorish arches, carved wooden screens and soft lighting. The cuisine is a blend of International and Latin fusion culinary styles. The Italian chef frequently suggests to clients dishes from Oriental and Mediterranean cuisines. A la carte Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available at the Anacaona. Anacaona Bar This bar adjoins the Anacaona Restaurant. The room is decorated with carved mahogany, stained glass and tropical vegetation, and is sensitively lit. It serves all the traditional Cuban cocktails and the best of our famous cigars. This area functions as a Tapa-Bar after breakfast time, from 6pm to midnight. Mezzanine Lounge and Bar This is the place to see and be seen. The evocative mural of the Cuban countryside, the balcony which overlooks the grand entrance and hall, and our exotic orchid collection, may all be enjoyed whilst taking tea, a light lunch, cocktails or sample the best of the famous Cuban cigars. Pool Terrace The pool terrace on the eighth floor has 360º views of the city and the sea. Light lunches include pizzas, sandwich shop and barbecues. In the evenings you can delight our Mediterranean “table d’ hôte” menu surround by the famous Havana by night atmosphere. This area may be hired for private dinners or parties.
