Positive:
Staff were all couteous, polite and helpful at all times - very impressive
Room / bathroom very comfortable
Breakfast was very good
Negative:
TV reception was poor - it wasnt obvious how too hire a film.
Mini bar should have had spirits. We were diissapointed not to be able to book dinner at 1730 hrs. We were told that there were no tables left. What would have been better is to have been told - ' if you would like to eat at 1800hrs a table is available or at 2100 if you would like to eat later' - rather than just 'nothing available'

Positive:
Trés bel hotel, formidablement situé. L'acceuil est chaleureux et de grande qualité. Les chambres sont très confortables et calmes. Excellent séjour!
Negative:
Seul bémol, le service des chambres débordé. Deux fois nous avons été obligés de demander que notre chambre soit faite à 5 heures de l'aprés midi !
